I love to point out to rabid Lady GaGa fans that a bow made out of hair is anything but a new phenomenon. July 1863.

A surprise post because I loved this fashion plate so much! An 1858 plate from Peterson’s Magazine. These dresses are so gorgeous! The one on the right WILL be mine :D
November is over half-way finished, so this blog will be up and running again quite soon. I hate how tumblarity dropped so much since I’ve been gone! We’re going to have to get that back up again ;]

HIATUS

Hello, subscribers! Unfortunately, I am going to be taking a brief hiatus from this blog for November. I might post a photo here and there, but I won’t be able to keep it up regularly. All my free time will be taken up with writing this month, as I am going to be participating in NaNoWriMo. Here’s to writing a novel!

If anyone is interested, by NaNoWriMo blog can be found atĀ faye-nanowrimo.tumblr.com.

See you in December!
